All Sales Are Final
All sales at Torque Reserve are final. All sales are in US Dollars.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons including but not limited to: change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, fit, or any reason other than a verified defect or fulfillment error caused by us or our fulfillment partners.
Please review the size chart on each product page carefully before placing your order. Because each item is made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, we are unable to offer size exchanges.
Sweepstakes Entries Are Locked at Purchase
When you place an order, any sweepstakes or giveaway entries associated with your purchase are automatically and immediately submitted to our sweepstakes administrator. We cannot alter, rescind, or transfer entries once they have been submitted.
For this reason, entries cannot be refunded, voided, or returned, even in the event of an approved defect or fulfillment error claim. Replacements issued under the Defect & Fulfillment Error Policy below do not generate additional entries, and the original entries remain valid in the applicable promotion.
Defect & Fulfillment Error Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or a fulfillment error caused by us or our print partner, we will make it right.
What qualifies:
- Printing defects (smudging, misalignment, faded print, peeling)
- Stitching or construction defects
- Wrong item shipped (different product than ordered)
- Wrong size shipped (different size than ordered)
- Item arrives damaged due to manufacturing (not shipping damage ā see below)
What does not qualify:
- Sizing issues where the item matches the size ordered (please use the size chart)
- Color appearing slightly different from the on-screen preview (monitor variations are normal)
- Normal wear, washing damage, or damage from misuse
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Shipping carrier damage (file a claim with the carrier directly ā we will assist if needed)
- Items reported more than 14 days after delivery
How to Submit a Claim
To submit a defect or fulfillment error claim:
- Email support@torquereserve.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number.
- Attach clear photographs of the issue, including:
- The defect or error itself (close-up)
- The full product
- Any shipping label or packaging if relevant
- Briefly describe the issue.
We review each claim on a case-by-case basis. You do not need to ship the item back to us. Photo evidence is sufficient.
If your claim is approved, we will, at our sole discretion, either:
- Ship a free replacement of the same item to your original shipping address, or
- Issue store credit for the value of the affected item, if a replacement is not available.
Claims submitted after the 14-day window will not be eligible.
Chargebacks
We take chargebacks seriously. Initiating a chargeback for a non-defective item, or for an issue that was not first reported to us through the claim process above, may be considered fraudulent and will be disputed.
We strongly encourage you to contact support@torquereserve.com before initiating any chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
Order Cancellations
Orders are submitted to our fulfillment partner shortly after they are placed. If you need to cancel an order, contact support@torquereserve.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will attempt to cancel the order if it has not yet entered production, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once production has begun.
Address Errors
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we may, at our discretion, offer to reship the order at the customer's expense or issue store credit.
