Torque Reserve is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. We do not sell, rent, or share SMS/text messaging opt-in data or consent records with any third party for promotional or marketing purposes. This information is used solely to operate the SMS Service.

Sweepstakes, Giveaways, and Promotions

From time to time, Torque Reserve may offer sweepstakes, giveaways, or other promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own separate Official Rules. When you enter a promotion, we may collect personal information needed to verify your eligibility, contact you, and award prizes, including your name, address, email, phone number, date of birth, and government-issued identification (for prize verification where required).

In connection with administering sweepstakes and promotions, we may:

  • Share entry and winner information with our sweepstakes administrator and other service providers who assist in operating the promotion.
  • Publish the names and general location (e.g., city and state) of winners as permitted or required by the Official Rules and applicable law.
  • Retain mail-in entries (alternate method of entry, or "AMOE") for up to six (6) months following the drawing date of the applicable promotion, after which they are securely destroyed.
